Hi,

Are the skips in the recording, or is it in the playback? Do they always appear at exactly the same spots, or do they appear at different spots every time you play the audio?

Hi, There's an alternate download link on the Mixcraft download page . Did you try that? If you're having problems downloading from Filekicker, try Cachfly and vice versa. You can also try downloading the massive "complete" version of the Mixcraft installer , but be forewarned it is 480+ m...

Hi, When the VST first loads, do you get an error about the samples not loading? Or is there no error at all? Please send us your pianissimo-log.txt file that is in the Pianissimo folder inside your VST folder. The log file may be located here: C:\Program Files\VST\Pianissimo\pianissimo-log.txt Or, ...

Hi,

I'm not hearing anything like that here. If you like, you can try the new beta version of Mixcraft, but it's only in English.

Do you have keyboard controller keys depressed while you're changing the presets, or do you hear the glitches just changing the presets without playing any notes?

Hi,

In regard to it only playing in the Left speaker, just choose "Left" when you arm the track. This will give you a centered mono recording that you can then pan left or right in your stereo mix.

Hi,

That generally has to do with the recording source you've selected. If you're recording the microphone input, you should choose that when you click on the little arrow next to the Arm button, rather than something general like "stereo mix" or "what you hear."

Hi, Are you using Mixcraft 4.2 build 104? When you say "changing by themselves," do you mean that you're playing an instrument track and the instrument changes at certain points in the track? That probably means you have "program changes" in the instrument track. A program change...

Hi,

I think if you just click continue or whatever, the download completes normally. Did you try that?

Hi,

Your printer is apparently a Yurex printer in disguise. We'll update the templates in a future update so that there's a Systor template listed as well.

Hi,

Are you using Mixcraft 4.2 build 104? If you go into Mixcraft's Sound Device preferences, click Open Mixer and increase the latency setting, does that help?

Hi,

Does the problem occur without the noise suppression turned on? What noise suppression are you using? Are you using Mixcraft 4.1 build 104?
