Unfortunately, the MP3 data packet size varies. There is no way to determine a specific correction.
This is why MP3 files are not recommended for multitrack use.

I would suggest that the current version of iZotopes Ozone Essentials offers some pretty useful tools and functionality, and you can catch it on sale for about $30.
I would opine that it is a huge leap better than the old version long ago bundled in Mixcraft.

I would warn that mixing/collaborating using MP3 can cause potential problems. MP3 adds a small data packet to the start of the file and can cause slightly unsynchronized results. Its usually very small, but it can be detectable enough to drive you a little crazy trying to find what is causing thigs...
