I'm using custom settings on the reverb. I've tried using a lot of different settings(48000 HZ 24 bit, 48000 HZ 16 bit, 44100 HZ 24 bit, 44100 HZ 16 bit, etc...) with them lining up in preferences and the mixdown settings.

Your midi keyboard should have a transpose option on it. Most do now days.

Kind of..... It honestly more like it's out of phase than a chorus effect though. Chorus is just the closest feasible thing I could check since I didn't know how it could be possible that the midi data is out of phase.
