Problem Arming Audio Track
Hi there, I'm using Mixcraft Pro Studio 8 64-bit Build 408 with a Presonus Audio Box 22VSL. Recently I tried arming my audio interface on an audio track using the "Exclusive Mode" at 10 ms. When trying to arm the track with these settings it gives me an error message saying, "There was a problem arm...

Re: Classic Reverb Crackles
I'm using custom settings on the reverb. I've tried using a lot of different settings(48000 HZ 24 bit, 48000 HZ 16 bit, 44100 HZ 24 bit, 44100 HZ 16 bit, etc...) with them lining up in preferences and the mixdown settings.

Re: Live performing
Your midi keyboard should have a transpose option on it. Most do now days.

Re: Classic Reverb Crackles
Yes, I'm still using Mixcraft 7 build 316. I don't have the problem when Classic Reverb is bypassed. There's volume automation on the french horn midi track so I did a mixdown of just the french horn track without the reverb plugin and added the wav file on a separate track and put Classic Reverb on...

Classic Reverb Crackles
Hi, I am using the french horn vst sound that comes with MC7PS with the classic reverb plugin on it. When I did a mixdown of the song there are a few little crackles here and there. I checked the french horn track and found that it was the culprit. The only effect being used on the track is classic ...

Thanks for your thoughts, suggestions, and encouragement, Mark! I'll continue to work on this mix addressing each track. Hopefully I'll remember to post it here for anyone who's interested in hearing the final product.

Advice on busy section of song(Mixed with Mixcraft PS 7)
Hi guys, I'm finally getting around to mixing a song written for a Christmas drama a few years back. Most of the vocals were sung live on stage and I finally had the chance to get the vocalists to record their parts. It's a 10 minute long piece so I'm not uploading the track in it's entirety, but I ...

Transporting Plugin/VST Categories
Hi,
Does anyone know if it's possible to move saved VST/plugin categories to another computer to use with Mixcraft? I have a new laptop and have installed Mixcraft 7 Pro Studio but I would like to transport my saved category lists if at all possible.
Thanks!
Jeremy

Using 2 Midi Keyboards Live
Hi, I am using two midi keyboards with Mixcraft Pro Studio 7 for worship services at my church. Is there any way that I would be able to change sounds on both of them separately? In other words, on some songs I would like to change sounds on 1 keyboard without changing the sound the other one by usi...

Mixcraft 8, Windows 10, and touch screen
Hi there,
I was wondering if anyone could tell me how smoothly MC 8 runs with windows 10. Also, has anyone tried windows 10 touch screen functionality with MC 8? THANKS!

Mixdown pops and crackles
Hi, I have mixed down portions of a track I've been working on(Using the "Use Selection" option) and the mp3s have clicks and pops in them that weren't there in the DAW session. I tried turning off all the effects and switching from Wave RT to Wave and still have the same results. What can I do to f...

Re: Midi Sounding Out of Phase
Kind of..... It honestly more like it's out of phase than a chorus effect though. Chorus is just the closest feasible thing I could check since I didn't know how it could be possible that the midi data is out of phase.

Midi Sounding Out of Phase
Hi there, I have a project that I worked on originally in MC6 and I've since upgraded to 7 and I'm using it to work on the project. I'm experiencing a strange problem. I'm using a lot of Vst's in this project. One day i wanted to try a different piano VST on a track where I already recorded the midi...

Automating Expression using a midi controller
Hi there, I am recording a song using a lot of string patches and would really like to assiagn expression(C#11 I believe?) to a knob, slider, or even the mod wheel on my midi controller. I'm not sure how to go about doing this and the manual for MC7 didn't have any info on it that i could find. Once...
