I have a quick suggestion for the performance panel, would it be possible to toggle it to be full screen - ie hide the track lanes on the right.

So I can be 100% inside of performance, seeing as these days I do most of my music creation from inside of there.

Wow guys Mixcraft has really made a leap to the next level, I am playing a a house party this weekend and I might just be crazy enough to use mixcraft 7 instead of ableton.

I can confirm that it works perfectly under windows 8!

There is a fantastic plugin called Poise - http://onesmallclue.com/poise.php It's cheap but extremely fully featured. Acoustica should do a deal and get this amazing plug in so we have a sampler

Have you tried double clicking on the note to make sure its start position is 1 1 0 ?

Kontact is pretty much the industry standard for sampling they instrument quality is heads and shoulder above what comes with Mixcraft, not to disparage what comes bundled as I love the included sounds and they are super useable.

Yep templating is the way to go, you can make as many templates as you want as well.

A good idea indeed, some kind of macro system would be even better; where you could create a string of commands and link them to a button, or keyboard shortcut.
