I installed the latest Mixcraft update, then Melodyne and it now works

Melodyne 5.1.0.016 install breaks Mixcraft

Installed latest update from Celemony and I get a fatal error in Mixcraft upon start. Uninstall Melodyne...no problem...re-install - problem.
