Wonderful. Liked the theme and arraignment. Felt the end fell off. Expected more dynamic finish. I'm curious... Did you score this first? Possible used notation to create, or is this tracks of performances?

Thanks Mark.

I recorded the tracks by hand. I did however spend a lot of time on volume control to make the instruments sound more "orchestral", especially the strings.

Beautiful arrangement and melody-- Really a nice , quiet thoughtful piece! I like what you did with the pizzicato strings and cello part. I recently tried a short "orchestral" piece with Mixcraft vsts, (see my user showcase post of 5-24 for the link). My piece sounds overly busy compared with this.. I'd like to hear this piece extended, and I'm hoping this is a sketch for a longer work! My two-cents worth-- I don't think this song needs any percussion, O.K. maybe some soft timpani in spots? The ending is painfully abrupt for such a pleasant work... still in progress? Thanks, looking forward to hearing more 8) Rick.

Thank you Rick,

You're right, the piece is just a sketch, an experiment to produce a classical theme. I aim to extend it later on, at least with a better ending. And I will think about whether the percussion parts are really necessary.

Again, thank you for your input.

I like this a LOT.
The Cello is one of the better MC sounds I feel, and sounds magnificent here.
The sound quality is high, and I think you've done a great job!
