Building PC, need soundcard advice

Hey all, looking to build a new windows based pc for recording using Mixcraft Pro Studio 6, Addictive Drums 2, and Addictive Keys, with an m-audio oxygen 49 midi keyboard, and line 6 pod hd500x for recording guitar and vocals (it had a mic input).

I'm wondering about a good asio2 soundcard to throw in to minimize latency. I'll be building an amd APU system, quad core, 8 gigs of ram, probably going to run me about $500 (tight budget). What soundcard would be best for an interface? The one suggested at the top of the forum by m-audio hasn't been made for quite some time.
