Cool Edit Pro help needed

I am using Cook Edit Pro version 2 to record. I used the loop repeat feature to repeat a drum pattern which is my first track. It is still in sections. I recorded guitar on track 2, bass on track 3, voice on track 4. The software won't let me save all the wavs! Now, the first track is called something like beat1, and it is a repeating pattern. I think I have to somehow make this pattern all one wav.....so it's not separate bars going across. Does anybody know how to do this? Does anybody know why I can't save my wav files? I want to save it plain and then with the tweaks before I mix it down to an mp3.
