Midi device not recognized

I upgraded from 8 to 9 - my midi device is not recognized by the upgraded software - I've checked the computer - the device is plugged in and working properly - thanks for the help

Hi,

What is your MIDI device? How is it connected to your computer? When you try to send MIDI into your computer, does Mixcraft 9's MIDI indicator turn red?

Thanks for replying - I updated the driver for the Korg microkey 49 - its now being recognized

Yes, MIDI indicator turns red, I updated the driver also but no result, can you please advice?

You forgot to tell Acoustica Greg what MIDI device you’re using and how it’s connected to your computer?
