As a non-tech newbie, I congratulate Acoustica for the detailed information it provides. And as such, I find this plethora a tad bewildering so please forgive my request for advice. I've just tweaked the audio of a video but don't know how to put it back to the video. I hope someone can assist me with this.

No need to apologize, we welcome newbies here!
You will need to "mix down" the project to a video format. Which one may rely on the specific codecs installed on your computer, but try mp4 for example.
"File/mix down to-/" etc.
try it and see what works. Let us know!
