hi all,

im new to the whole midi community but i just downloaded the komplete kontrol starter kit and it isnt showing up on my mixcraft plug-ins!

i added the native instrument VST folder in my preferences and it only shows KONTACT and REAKTOR but KOMPLETE KONTROL is nowhere to be found.

any suggestions? if it doesnt work, i may just gg/uninstall . thanks for your help in advance!

Hi,

If you installed the 64-bit version of the plugin, make sure that you're running 64-bit Mixcraft (look at Mixcraft's title bar for this info).

Which VST folder did you add? Did you use the default VST folder that the installer suggested?

On my computer, the 64-bit version of the VST folder is here:
C:\Program Files\Native Instruments\VSTPlugins 64 bit

Are you looking for it amongst your virtual instruments? Click Change Instrument to the left of a virtual instrument track and search for Komplete or Kontact.
