VST plug-ins from Audacity won't show in Mixcraft

I am trying to use the VST plug-ins from Audacity in Mixcraft, and they do not seem to be appearing. I tried creating a new folder and loading the VST effects from there (via preferences -> effects) and nothing. Also tried putting the effects in C:\programfiles\VST and also nothing. The VST effects are .dll files, so I am not sure why Mixcraft will not read them. Any thoughts?

The makers of audacity probably vreated the effects to work only with their software, would be my guess.
What is one of the file names you are trying to use?

That's a good point...that could be what is happening. One of the file names (and the one I really want) is called "GVerb.dll"
