Pianissimo Unable to Load

I get an error message on Pro Studio 6 that reads something along the lines of "unable to load instrument: Pianissimo". When selecting a synth from the drop-down menu, Pianissimo does not appear either. What could be the issue here? It sort of suddenly started doing this one day.

Try re-installing, then try loading Pianissimo and if the same thing happens, quit Mixcraft and send us your mixcraft-log.txt file, which is located in this folder:

%appdata%\Acoustica\Mixcraft

Another way to find it is to click on the Windows Start Menu, select All Programs, then Acoustica Mixcraft 6 (or 5) and finally Logs. Submit an Acoustica Support Request and attach the log file along with a brief description of the problem.

I am just curious, will I need to backup all my projects before this process. I have a lot of work saved in there. I will probably do this anyways but figured I would ask.
