Pianissimo issue

I have been working on a project. I have been reopening it often over the past day. Pianissimo was an instrument that I had used on the project, but for some reason when I most recently opened the project that past few times Pianissimo will not load. A message pops up titled "Problem Loading Project!" with details saying "Unable to load instrument Pianissimo". I checked to see if I could locate it in a blank project under VSTi instruments and it has vanished. I then checked my VST folder and the .dll for Pianissimo is there, although I am unsure if the .dll is the applicable file. Does anyone know what could be going on? I have made no changes to any of the locations for my VST instruments and they were all working fine until this happened a little while ago.
