Izotope Mastering Essentials 64 bit?

Post by omtayslick »

I just love this plug, and often prefer it to the full blown Izotope Ozone mastering plug. Any chance we will ever see it in 64 bit?

Well, i would ask Izotope. We don't currently have any discussions with them about it that I am aware of.

oops, wrong forum. I was referring to the Izotope Mastering Essentials licensed for use in Mixcraft only BTW. Thought somebody might know.

Hi,

Thanks for the suggestion, I passed it along.

The good thing about this particular plugin is that you'd generally use just one instance of it on the master track. It likely doesn't need more than 4 GB of RAM, so a 64-bit version wouldn't make any difference. The sound quality is the same.
