What is going on?

I buy a piece of hardware, pianissiomo with a driver CD. I then have to purchase additional use???

IF I BUY SOMETHING TO USE COSTING ME GOOD MONEY I DO NOT THEN EXPECT TO HAVE TO PAY A SECOND TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Waste of time and money buying this in the first place in my opinion!

And on top of that this company has no listed email address to contact them on so I am resorting to posting this to try and get an answer on the forums from them or anyone else who thinks this is wrong.

Hi,

What piece of hardware did you buy? Pianissimo came with it?

If you'd like to contact support directly, you can always submit an Acoustica Support Request.

That link is available on the support page for each product.

Hi,

What MIDI piano did you buy? It should have included a registration ID and registration code. You just enter those into Pianissimo's registration screen and you're all set.
