Why do I have to register EVERY time I open Pianissimo???

I registered a couple weeks back when I got the software with my ION Discovery Keyboard and it worked fine for quite a while but today I try to open it and it tells me my trial expired. I then registered again using my information and it said all was well but then next time I opened it I was again prompted to register.
What could cause this?

Downloading the newest version fixed this for me! Acoustica responded within a couple hours on Easter. Impressive service!
