Build 407 MP4 Mixdown weirdness

I am to the point I'm doing test mixdowns of a MP4 video scoring project.

2 attempts result in several of the audio and MIDI tracks missing from the Mix (Video Quality set to Highest)

I tried a WMV mixdown and everything rendered fine.

Not a big deal as I have a work around from the Mixcraft 7 days when I got no sound on video mixdown: Mixed to Wave and imported it back into the external video editor.
