MX9 Beta timing out

After just one minute the Beta times out and uses MX8 but there is no MX8 on the computer.

What do you mean it times out? Is your trial period ended?

I had MX8 trial but all traces have been erased using "search everything" its a program that goes deep into windows and lets you remove every bit of a program. I do not have MX8 trial on computer. I have MX7 and MX9 beta but the beta keeps asking me to buy a code for MX9 after a couple of minutes and displays the window shown refering to MX8. I found a second bug but it rectifies on restart / new program and only manifests after the "buy a code" window appears, it affects the tempo automation but I expect normally for a legit copy of MX9 it wont happen, so far it works fine, I'll wait to see if it re-appears.
