MC 9 Pro - ? on installing MC 9 beta 440

I own a registered Mixcraft 9 Pro Studio.

I've attempted to install the Beta version 440 on top of it but after entering my Reg ID & Code it wouldn't let me complete the installation because the Beta version stated was for MC 9 and not the pro version.

I haven't tried to force the install because I didn't want to mess up my purchased version of MC 9 Pro.

Any suggestions?

Also it looks like a lot of bug fixes have been made. When will these fixes be put into the production version?

Greg should be able to give you the link for the pro studio beta when he reads this thread tomorrow (or you can email betazoid@acoustica.com from the email address that your pro version was purchased from and request a copy of the 440 beta and wait til someone gets the email and they'll email you the link)

It wont work as a regular update while it is in beta.
As Ian correctly stated, "Pro Studio" users must get a link from the beta administrators.
"Recording studio" users can use the regular beta version link.

Beta team members should have gotten an email announcing the availability of the latest beta version, and that message notes the above for Pro Studio owners.

Hi,

When we officially release the update to Mixcraft 9, you'll be able to use "Check For Updates" to get it.

Build 440 is a testing build, and it may not be the official release. We've not released it officially, because it might have bugs.
