problem with displaying of UVI workstation

Post by Ian Craig »

Problem in build 448 (& 447, I checked)
UVI workstation not displaying properly. It is the same problem that earlier builds had with vst3 FX

... NOTE : I was running with the Windows display zoom set to 125%. The problem disappears at 100% zoom, but I can't see the screen details so I can't use it

Hi,

Yeah, I'm getting the same thing on a couple of different computers. UVI Workstation does the same thing in Reaper, but it doesn't look as weird because Reaper has a solid background for the unused space.

You could contact UVI and see if they have an option to make it resize properly.

Okay, I'll see how changing resolutions works for a while, as I have to do that with certain plugins in iZotope RX anyway (primarily Newfangled Audio plugins I think)

Hi,

It seems like that UVI interface just doesn't want to resize, even though everything is resizing around it.

Hi,

Yes, but is it not the same problem as when the audio control operation was causing the plugins' windows to collapse at the bottom ? Probably not, but it is reminiscent of it though

Hi,

This problem is different: UVI Workstation stays small while the host software scales up.

The problem we fixed involved plugin interfaces getting cut off if you expanded them. We definitely fixed that one.
