It resolved itself Greg, I don't know what caused it. I've marked it resolved on the bug site.
For your reference, my settings are set as per the image though there may be another problem that I've been noticing for quite a while where the relocate back to start function isn't working as it used to. Has it's function changed since version 8 ?

No, it hasn't changed as far as I know. I see that you had the auto-rewind option selected (while I didn't), so maybe that had something to do with it?

No that was my point, I always have it set but it doesn't usually work these days i.e. it stops but doesn't go back to the start, like it should
