Loading Mixcraft 4 project - Crash on Play

I loaded an old Mixcraft 4.5 song ( WAV & Midi ) and it put all the tracks in but crashed & disappeared when I hit play. Then MC5 would not restart.
I filed a bug report.
Damn, I was hoping to have some fun today.

I have loaded, edited and saved as M5 projects, several 4.5 projects in M5 so far.

Reinstall M5 and try again with a different project to see what happens.

Actually this is a valid bug, some MX4 files will report that they are corrupt. This has been fixed for the next beta release. Thanks!

Ah, I was thinking that M5 would actually not start.

I guess he meant that M5 would not load the project that crashed?

So far, so good here for loading and editing older projects.
