CD Text Problem

For many years I have used my Acoustica CD burner successfully, until I got a new Dell 8700 computer with Windows 7.

Now I have a problem with the CD Text function.

It lists the song titles and the album title, but in place of the artist’s name it says “no entry”.

When I play the CD in my car, it has the title of the first song in place of the artist’s name.

I wrote to Acoustica, but they had no solution short getting a different brand of CD burner.

Does anyone have a suggestion?

I have re-installed the software twice. And each time I click where it says to get the latest version.

I'm using CD-R's.

I have the box checked for CD text.

And I have even changed the album title to include the artist’s name.

I’d be satisfied doing it that way if I could just get rid of the field which says “no entry”.
