Bigger fish (programs) to fry seemingly.
Says a lot though that some people would revert back to a different operating system just to use it.
Most burning programs you can take or leave.
I take it this program will never be updated for current users? I don't mean for compatibility to W8/W10 etc.

HI,

We don't currently have plans to update MP3 CD Burner.

We're busy working on our Mixcraft music creation software.

I have Windows 10 and I am able to use the software to play songs on my computer. However, you cannot move songs to the list to make a CD. Plus you have no control over the volume as well as other features. I got around the problem by buying my wife a new laptop and wiped her old Windows 7 computer clear and installed the program. I use this laptop to make CD's. The only thing is when I buy a song from Amazon I have to DL it twice. Like you I think it sucks that Acoustica has left most of you out in the cold. It would have sold a ton of these updated MP3 Burner software programs had they chosen to do so. I called and inquired and Acoustica blames MS and MS blames Acoustica. Each says the problem lies with the other. Why could they not been able to get together and come up with a solution. I was also told by a Acoustica rep that there are so many programs available to burn a CD that they decided that it was not feasible to go to the process to upgrade the MP3 Burner program. My answer was I know that and I have a couple of them but they are not the same and the quality of the CD is not as good. Plus you have to find the songs on the HD and copy and past them one at a time. This takes a very long time and you have no control over making the volume for a;; of them the same. This was one of the many features that I like about the MP3 Burner from Acoustica. The problem for me is that what will I do if they come out with a new Windows version and the program will not load on this new system. Plus, what will I do if my Windows 7 laptop goes belly up. I did save my song list on two external hard drives as well as on a 128 GB Flash Drive.

I'd buy the program again if it meant an update....i'd spread the word too.
Surely that counts for something?

I have no need for the Mixcraft program because I do not mix music. My guess is if you made MP 3 compatible to Win 10 you could sell the program. I know there are thousands of us who would purchase the new updated version.

If you aren't planning to fix it, can you open source so someone else can fix it?
