I'm wondering about this too, seems there
is someone tossing loops together and claiming
them as copyrighted songs on youtube.
how does that work?
and is it legal to use the loops in mixcraft to make a
song and then copyright it without getting the rights
to the loops used?

Hi,

As long as they create something new, Mixcraft owners are free to redistribute or sell their songs.

In other words, you can't legally sell the individual loops, but if you combine them to make something unique, you can sell that.
