Look at your CD tray. Does it have a letter on it, like "G" or "J?"

Hi can you please help me ,me printer is a Cannon MG5460 and when I go to print the cd label it is printing it to paper and not direct to the cd disc,the printer does the cd labels direct,but I cant work it out how to direct it to print direct to the disc,hope some one can help me ,as I am a first time user.

Try the template for the Canon MG6350 and let us know if it works properly for you.

If the Canon MG6350 option is not in the list, quit the label maker, then download and install the Acoustica label update.
