Problem : I cannot add own images to label.

I take a picture and save on either desktop, flashpen or DVD as .jpeg
However when I try to call it back from any of these, program does not recognise it.
I have tried over and over again
Please help IN SIMPLE LANGUAGE

Try changing the file extension to .jpg instead of .jpeg :D

Thank you Outteh.
Trouble is that I am a complete amateur. I don't know how to identify OR change this form
Can you recommend any source to learn ?
Why should it be SO COMPLEX to add a photo or image ? I should have thought this should be fundamental to a CD label system .

Hi,

It's normally very simple and straightforward. What method are you using to attempt to load it into the label maker? Are you using the Art Search or the Art Browse tab? If not, use one of those. Or, you can drag and drop it directly from Windows into the label maker.

No Greg - This does not happen.
When I take a photograph, it goes into Windows Photo Gallery.
Windows Photo Gallery and Acoustica can not be on screen at the same time - so how can I drag the photo.
Nothing happens when I click Art Search OR Art Browse - so I am stuck in a rut

Windows photo gallery usually puts their pictures in a folder location of user/pictures. Or you can save the pictures you want to import into your own location so you can grab them for use with Mixcraft.

Hi,

Art Browse would require you to browse to the location of the image file on your computer. Art Search should find it if you know the name of the file. Just type the filename into the Art Search.
