canon ip8720 templet for tray L needed

my old ip4500 died and I bought a new ip8720 but can seem to find a printable disc template that works. I have not tried them all. I should have checked the printer list before buying this printer but I didn't. Any suggestions??

I to, have just purchased an Canon IP8760 printer and looking forward to a template for this printer.

We may be on to something. We got some data back from Canon, but we need more info and we haven't heard back yet. Can somebody please measure the L tray and tell us how long it is?

its 11 5/8 inches long plus it has a 1/4 clear plastic leading edge.

We have a test template for you to try. Quit the label maker if it is running, then download and install this file.

The template names are "Canon iP8700 Series printable CD/DVD" and "Canon iP8700 Series full printable CD/DVD".

Please let us know whether it works.
