I have rel 3.40. I've downloaded all of the free images supplied by Acoustica. I'm looking for additional images specifically round ones for CD's and DVD's. The type I'm looking for are for picnics, super bowl, and snow. Looked online for clip art but not sure which if any contain type of images I'm looking for. Are there any sites or stores that sell what I'm looking for?

There are lots of sites that sell images. Here's an example: iStock.

iStock has a search option.

Or you can just google whatever you are looking for (use google image search), then save the picture. When you use it on a round cd label, it will be round.

OMG!!!.. how expensive is iStock!.. $13 just for ONE picture!!! :-O
