I recently bought a Canon MG7520 printer which prints to disc. I see it is not on the list of compatible printers. Is this because it is too new or is it not compatible?

Hi,
Try using the "Canon MG5400 Series" template and please let us know if that works properly.
If you don't have that template, try downloading and installing the "label update" from this page: List of Supported Printers and Paper for Acoustica CD/DVD Label Maker
If it doesn't work properly, please let us know which letter your CD tray has on it.
