Blank backround for Jewel case insert

Years ago I received a blank box for a jewel case that I could use as a backround which enabled me to use as a guide to cut when printed on 8 1/2 x 11 paper. I just want a list of songs on my Jewel case with no fancy backround. I received this box from Acoustica Eric and have lost it when I had to reinstall the program. I would appreciate it if this could be resent.

Thanks, but I don't think I can print on the "black box", all I need is the black outline.
