drag and drop in Windows 10

When I switched to Windows 10, I lost the ability to drag and drop. I can still cut and paste, but dragging was easier. Will this be corrected with an update?

Hi,

Right-click on Acoustica CD/DVD Label Maker's icon and select Properties. On the Compatibility tab, do you have Windows XP compatibility mode or some other earlier version of Windows? If so, turn off compatibility mode and save that setting.

Does that fix the problem?
