Printing to DVD with an Epson R280

I am using an Epson Stylus PHOTO R280 with a CD/DVD tray. Whenever I try to print direct onto the DVD it cycles the tray in and out, but then rejects it and I have to cycle power on the printer. When I power back up it immediately prints to a sheet of paper instead of the DVD. What am I doing wrong?

Hi,

What do you have selected in the Paper Type setting? If you want to print directly on a disc, you should have the Epson Stylus R280 template selected.

If you don't see that template in the list, install the Acoustica CD/DVD Label Maker label update.
