i have used acoustica for a few years now,
but my computer burned out,
i downloaded label maker to new puter
i still have my code but it wont take it
wonts me to buy a new code,
why should i have to buy another code.
i will find another lable maker before i
pay for the same thing twice,

Click on the Support link at the top of this page and submit a support request. It's best to deal with registration and purchase issues that way so that you don't share private info on a public forum.

I put in a ticket... they said they would get back to me by email or i could
log in at help desk to check reply,well what do you know no email and no help desk sine in on their site..
so much for being responsive to customer's needs,,

Hi,

Eric replied to your ticket (#299966) on Sunday. If you don't see his reply, check your spam folder. Basically, he asked if you had purchased the software under a different email address, because there's nothing under the email address you used for the support ticket. Let them know any additional info that might help them look up your order.

Hi again,

Forget what I said about the spam folder, it looks like you might have entered your email address incorrectly and that's why you didn't get Eric's reply. This assumes that the email address you used for these user forums is correct. Go ahead and send in another support request, and include any extra info that might help us look up your order.

I reentered my serial number a couple weeks
After these post and it worked for a while,
A week or so back I tried to use it, it said to
Buy a new code. again. I just can’t see myself
Doing that, I have the full version 3.40 plus the
Expiation packs, I know I didn’t use it very often,
But that’s not the point is it.
I’m not going to pay again and I’m not
Going to go through any BS with you people
To prove I’m right,
So have a wonderful life

Once you buy the label maker, you don't need to buy it again. Please submit an Acoustica Support Request and customer support will help you out.
