Hi,
I have Mixcraft Pro Studio 9, 64-bit Build 469 - (Windows 10 Home) everything up to date.
I'm working on a project and would like to change Signature within the track. In the main window I have all my Virtual Instrument Tracks, and midway through the track I'd like to change the Signature from 4/4 to 5/4, and then back to 4/4. On the desired measure I right click and a marker. I edit the marker to the new Signature 5/4 then click OK. That works fine in my main track window, but when I then Undock the Details window to work on the Piano Roll, the Piano Roll doesn't reflect that change.
Any advice is greatly appreciated!
Ehlert

Hi,
Try splitting the clips at the time change marker.

See attachments to confirm I understand you correctly. As you'll see, splitting didn't help.

Hi,
Oh, I guess the clip has to be created in the new time signature. Add the time changes, then double-click to create a new, blank MIDI clip in each section.

In image 3 I first added the new 5/4 (measure 47) and returned to 4/4 in measure 48. Then I double-clicked to add the new clip.
Image 4 shows that I have 5/4 in the Piano Roll
Image 5 - I double-clicked to add a new clip in 4/4
I saved then merged the 3 clips hoping that I would then retain measure 47 in 5/4 in the Piano Roll - but in the Piano Roll measure 47 reverted to 4/4, yet in the main window measure 47 retains 5/4

Hi,
Don't merge them.

Yes, the only thing then is that the measure count won't line up between the main window and the Piano Roll, that is 47 in the main window becomes 1 in the Piano Roll. But I guess I'll live with that.
Thank you for your time.

I works just fine with your method. Thanks again.
