1st World Problems

Post by Pthetitan »

I've been doing research on new DAWs I could try to switch to and I have to say that the Acoustica team have made a really competitive product. They've cut down the amount of clicks and clutter on almost every feature I see in other DAWs. I have no clue why recording audio takes so much work in other DAWs.

Mixcraft doesn't have every feature, but dammit if it doesn't have a ton of them already well implemented.

Ive messed around a bit with logic (in the past) , ardour, reaper, and cakewalk. Audacity too, though i dont look at audacity as a full on daw.

Mixcraft to me is the most intuitive and the functuons are easy to find. Not burried in endless menus and submenus or modes

I started a trial version of BITWIG, as I started watching a few tutorials about it, it seems to be quite good. But, then I thought . . why make my life any more complicated than it needs to be? So I won't be purchasing it after the trial is over and will stick with Mixcraft...
