LatestMixcraft 6 seems to be slow in shutting down sometimes

Hello,

I have noticed this in the previous build also. Mixcraft starts up fairly quick, but when I go to do a normal shutdown, it may take almost a minute or little longer shut down.

I have a log file for a short session I did tonight with the program. All I did insert open a midi track, opened up my Synthmaster VST plugin to check the version version number, and then shut down the Mixcraft program.

Dont know if the log file will be included in this post, says up above txt extension not allowed.
If the log file not included, let me know how to send it to you.

It took almost a minute to shut down. Note I do have allot of plugins, but with Mixcraft 5 and the beta of version 6, they always shut down fairly quickly all the time.

Note, sometimes it does shut down fairly quickly within 15 20 seconds.

Hi,

It could be your audio drivers or it could be some plugins you have loaded.

Submit an Acoustica Support Request and attach the log file along with a brief description of the problem.

I was trying to submit the log file through the forum, and it does not like the txt files.

Thanks for sending us your log file. I've filed a bug report on this problem that includes your log file and that of another customer. That other customer mentioned the delayed shut down seemed to happen the first time he ran Mixcraft.

Brilliant! it happens to me consistently too... I think there was another recent thread about this.

To Greg and everyone else.

The new update has fixed the slow shut down on Mixcraft 6 when I go to normally shut down the program for the first time. Before the fix it sometimes took over a minute to shut down the program, and it only did it on the first shutdown. Now it shuts down in just several seconds.

Mixcraft also still shuts down normally on any shut downs after doing the first one.

Confirmed. I have noticed the same annoying 'slow shutting down' issue when using the 202 build and I'm happy now with it being fixed in the 204 build.
