Re: alien 303 issue
Hi,
Are you using Mixcraft 6.1 build 204? If not, try updating to the the latest version of Mixcraft.
If it's happening with build 204, under what circumstances does it happen?

Re: alien 303 issue
yes, under build 204. I got the update a couple days before. I never had problems with it before. It is possible that when I added the shred amp track it bodged it somehow. So I moved the two 303 tracks to the first two tracks and the vsti still crashed. I did not change any settings before or after they crashed. I am using windows 7 32 bit, 4 gigs of ram, quad core 3.7 cpu, and onboard ATI audio.Acoustica Greg wrote:Hi,

Hi,
Reproduce the problem one more time, then close out Mixcraft and send us your mixcraft-log.txt file, which is located in this folder:
%appdata%\Acoustica\Mixcraft
Another way to find it is to click on the Windows Start Menu, select All Programs, then Acoustica Mixcraft 6 (or 5) and finally Logs. Submit an Acoustica
Support Request and attach the log file along with a brief description of the problem.

Re: alien 303 issue
I will on the next project if I can reproduce it. I pulled the 303 tracks and am using one of the other stock synths now.
Re: alien 303 issue
This probably won't help much, but I tried it just now (installed the latest update a few days ago), and at least for me it works fine. So not a general issue ...

Hi,
Yeah, we're not seeing any problems with Alien 303 virtual instrument in build 204.

Appreciate that, Greg. I started a new project and can't duplicate it. Just an odd glitch in that project I guess.Acoustica Greg wrote:Hi,
