If I really need to reinstall...any cautionary steps to take

Post by Mab098157 »

Started receiving the below pop-ups. Once I click past them Mixcraft seems to be fine, but I think I should reinstall. Any suggestions or cautionary steps I should take before reinstall?

Hi,

You probably don't even need to re-install. What's happening is that Mixcraft has come across some malfunctioning plugins, or it's found some DLL files that aren't actually VST DLL files. Click on the File menu in Mixcraft and select Preferences. In the Plug-Ins preferences, click "Edit VST/VSTi Folders." Remove any folders that don't have "VST" in the name.
