While several other DAW's have incorporated various splitting methods, I have yet to see one that really was simpler for the described purpose than just doing it manually- similar to the description Tom gave in the early reply in this thread.
It takes me MAYBE 2 minutes to split a typical single midi drum track into individual tracks. Really simple.

Edit: In review I also wanted to comment on Mark Bowies reply (I think its #5)
This should work, but I would recommend against using MP3 for the mix-down format for rendering the midi file and importing back into the project. MP3 files can cause timing/synch issues when used for multi-tracking purposes.

i found a solution.
I duplicate the pist and delete sound one by one.
But for the second question i still dont know. For the vst that correct automatticaly on ryhtm, trig on guitar pist?? Do you know something like that ?
