Hi,
One way to do it would be to select the MIDI clip or clips, then copy them (Ctrl+C). Next, click on the File menu in Mixcraft to open the other project and finally press Ctrl+V to paste the copied clip or clips into the new project.

Yes, but results and methods may vary depending on what exactly you are doing.
Moving the midi note data isnt a problem, but you may find the instrument and other data doesnt transfer or is incorrect. More information on what exactly the file contains would help you get the best answer.
One way to try:
Select the track, click on the file tab and select "save as midi file" Name the file and select a location to save it where you can easily find it again, and select Save Now you will get a warning that you are saving only the midi note data, as I mentioned. Select yes to continue. Continued:

Now open your new project, and right click on the location you want to insert the midi clip or track.
Select "Add sound file"
And navigate to the previously saved file.
Does that help any?

Well duh, I just noticed Gregs response that showed up as I entered mine and realized:
The OP could just move the midi to a different project in the same incidence of Mixcraft, so my more complicated method of moving it to a different incidence is unecessary.
I'll go back to sleep now.
