I recently converted my license from an individual to a school site license. There is also a strange problem (can't add audio tracks to the Library).
So, I would like to uninstall and re-install the software so I can put in the correct registration and am hoping the reinstall will fix the weird quirk with saving audio tracks to library.
When I uninstall and reinstall, I get the same software. It doesn't give me any option to put in the new registration.
Is there a magic step to get a clean fresh install of the software??
