Question about project migration

Post by mattumanu » Sun Apr 29, 2007 6:24 pm

If I upgrade to Mixcraft 3, what will my current projects sound like? Will they retain all the mix settings and effects that were in Mixcraft 2? Or will there be a change to them.

I have a lot of custom reverb settings where I've saved my settings. What will happen to all of them? Also, can I try out version 3 without uninstalling version 2?

Thanks for any feedback.

Nothing changes when you open a mixcraft 2 project in mixcraft 3.

If you have vst effects, etc and point to the vst folder, M3 will use them and you will not loose any effects settings.

I have mixcraft 2 and 3 installed, there is no problem having both versions installed at the same time.
