Say I just want to put reverb on a part of a track. Can I highlight that portion and add the fx to that part of the track only? Can't seem to figure out how to accomplish.
If no- what's the workaroud? Cut and paste to a new track and add the fx on that part? Seems awkward. Hoping for a more elegant solution.
Ideas?

Use the automation for the effect and turn it on or off at the point on your track you want it to take effect.

Use a Send Track with only that fx on it and apply it where you want from there......or what outeh says.

Good food for thought- much to learn. The concept of a send track is new to me, and I'm excited to research this and learn more.chibear wrote:Use a Send Track with only that fx on it and apply it where you want from there......or what outeh says.
Thanks!
