Any news on what will, is likely, or has already been added to the next update?

I'm only referring to the up/down/left/right arrow keys not responding to a note or group of notes as they do in MX6, the step input has introduced a little confusion somewhere and I think there is a way around this. I made a suggestion for MX8 so to be fair I am not including this.
