Hi,

If the files sound fine when you load them back into Mixcraft, it indicates there's something funny about the playback outside of Mixcraft or maybe you're using a different playback device? You say that you don't have any audio enhancements turned on in Windows, but it really seems like you do. Right-click on the small volume control in your Windows taskbar, select Playback Devices and then Properties. On the Enhancements tab, does it look like this?

What's your playback device in Mixcraft? What's your default playback device in Windows?

What have you recorded in this mixcraft project? Guitar? Are any of the recordings 96k/32bit-float? (check the "Sound" tab).
Basically, try creating a WAV master like has been suggested here (but not 44k like you've tried) mixdown to a 96k/24bit file. Then create a new project, import just this one sound file, and mix this master down to your takeout format...FLAC? mp3? and let us know?

Whatever the solution is, it's nothing to do with Mixcraft.
