This is probably a noobie question -- but can anyone help me map the drum pads on an Akai mpk249 MIDI controller to Addictive Drums2? I am still on Mixcraft Pro 7 if that makes a difference.
I have watched the videos and know how to map the sliders and knobs but I have not been able to find out to map the pads.

In the editor software you assign a cc that corresponds to the drums in Superior. I have the LPD8 and this is what my editor looks like, I'm sure your's is similar. cross reference the cc# in MC musical typing, simple once you get it. I have EZD2, my set up is basic, but it gets me there most times.

Sorry, forgot the other part. Then you go into MC, open musical typing and that tells you what cc# whichever drum/cymbal that's in the piano roll, then edit lpd8 with whatever cc you want.

Okay, last thing, this is for EZD2 but there's a few SDX maps too, I'm sure that it'll get you going.
