Mils?

Post by SteveW »

Congrats on the B380 update, some nice improvements, particularly the new submix solo handling. Very slick.

However, I'm a bit puzzled by the latency readout on the task bar. Mils? Googling 'Mils' gives me 'thousands of an inch'. Or 'mother in laws'. Neither of which seem appropriate. Perhaps it would be better if it was actually 'ms', you know the internationally recognised abbreviation for milliseconds.

Unless of course Mixcraft has an entirely new way of measuring latency in which case I stand corrected.

It's a sly tribute to Star Wars, in which a main character mistakes a unit of distance for a unit of time.

Mixcraft is the DAW that made the Kessel run in less than twelve parsecs.
