Hi again & thanks for everyone & there feedback its most appreciated.

First, I shall try over the Weekend to reproduce the problem even if its not
going to be the original problem project,

Second, My setup is not experiencing any other problems in any other areas.
I guess I should of mentioned my Specs on my 1st original post.

(Operating System) Win 10 Pro 64bit Version 1607 (Build 14393)
(Motherboard) - GA-Z97X-Gaming 5
(CPU) Intel i7 4790k
(Memory) - 16GB Corsair Vengeance (2400 MHZ)
(Audio) - Realtek HD audio (Version R2.81)
(GFX) - Nvidia Geforce GTX 1070
(SSD) 256GB (OS Only)
Western Digital Black 2TB (Sound Library's, VSTi Plug-Ins)
(Storage) Hitachi 3TB
(Monitor) - Asus MG278Q 27" (144 HZ)

May I add that I have been involved in producing Electronic Music
since the late 80's/early 90's, I started producing Music on my trusty
Amiga Which I still own :D

Please feel free to have a listen https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=P ... P04zEOJc3q

I Guess the stand out Tracks may be (4th Dimension) & (Snow Dune)
(Humbug Remix) For some.

Made on a Stock Amiga 500 with just 512kb Running at just 7 MHZ
Yes (Only 512KB & 7 MHZ And all Floppy Disk based.

Again, Thanks for all your feed back, I guess my closing words are
that I could live with the Audio Gap(s)/Dropout(s) from the start
of playback, But not with the problem after Mixdown/Rendering!
which IS THERE After Mixdown!!!

Cheers,
